Our faculty are working on exciting micro/nano systems related research in areas such as micro/nano-fabrication and manufacturing, micro/nano-scale heat and mass transport, microfluidics and lab-on-a-chip, micro/nano-scale energy materials and advanced li-ion battery, dynamic modeling and control of micro- and nano-positioning systems, optical microelectromechanical systems, nanoscale optical devices and metamaterials, photonic nanostructures, optical sensing and quantum optics.
