ACADEMY GOALS COMING CLOSER TO REALITY FOR 2013

The Academy is inching it's way to it's goal of $173,820 (see thermometer below).  With 5 labs at $100,000 each, this is a monumental task.  Dr. Jim Drallmeier, MAE Department Chair, has asked the Academy for help in obtaining the $100,000 needed to set up the instructional labs with state of the art equipment.  The goal is to upgrade one laboratory each year.

To meet the needs of the Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering Department as well as the operating funds of the Academy of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineers to continue support with student scholarships and seminars, a total of $173,820 is set as the goal for 2013.  $100,000 to update the MAE Department instructional labs and the remaining to meet the AMAE budget.  This thermometer will be updated each month.
